Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at Sri Ram Nallamani Yadava College of Arts and Science is committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement in all aspects of academic and administrative performance. Established in accordance with the guidelines of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), the IQAC serves as a nodal body for planning, guiding, and monitoring quality enhancement initiatives across the institution.
Objectives
- Develop a quality system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
- Promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.

Functions
- Designing and implementing annual quality benchmarks in teaching, learning, and evaluation.
- Facilitating the integration of modern teaching methodologies and ICT-enabled learning.
- Collecting and analysing feedback from students, faculty, alumni, and stakeholders.
- Organizing faculty development programs, seminars, and workshops on quality-related themes.
- Preparing and submitting the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to NAAC.
- Coordinating the preparation of accreditation and re-accreditation documents.
