Sri Ram Nallamani Yadava College of Arts and Science is a pioneering and vibrant institution located at the foothills of the Podhigai range belonging to the Western Ghats. It is situated at a distance of a few kilometres distance from both Tenkasi and the well-known Courtallam, known for the beautiful waterfalls in southern Tamilnadu. Ever since 1994, Under philanthropic management and visionary of Late. N.N. Nallamani Konar, the founder of Sri Ram Nallamani Yadava Educational Society, the college has been providing quality higher education at a very nominal cost to the rural youth not only around its surrounding areas but also from far and wide areas of Tamilnadu. The college is a Co-educational institution affiliated with the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University, Tirunelveli.

The college campus consists of an area of over 100 acres with pollution-free and environmentally beautiful landscapes possessing well-constructed classrooms, a library, sports grounds, laboratories, counselling centres, auditoriums, canteens, and separate hostels for girls and boys besides various other amenities that are necessary for students’ internal and external development. The college is an ISO 9001-2008 Certified institution and ranked highly among the top colleges under the aegis of M.S. University, Tirunelveli. It offers 16 diversified UG (undergraduate) courses, 5 PG (post-graduate) Courses and M.Phil and PhD programmes in 5 different research departments.
