Department of Commerce:
The Post Graduate and Research Department of Commerce was established in the year 1994 with Under Graduate course B.Com. it was upgraded to Post Graduate level in the year 2001with an in take of 30 students the department has been elevated to the position of a Research centre in 2017 under the Manonmaniam Sundaranar University to offer M.Phil. and Degree of Commerce (Full Time) and PhD in commerce (Full Time and Part Time) currently the department has two research guides and the department produces more then ten PhD and forty M.Phil. scholars at present the department consists of eight management faculty members.
