Department of History

                            History has been offered as one of the subjects of learning right from its inception. The department of history emerged as a full fledged faculty imparting the degree of Bachelor of Arts in History in the year 2019.

            Students can prepare for competitive examinations conducted by the UPSC, TNPSC, SSC, SET, NET and Banking Recruitment Board. Police Department and Judicial Department and the little subject papers such as Modern Government and Contemporary History of India are very useful for the students to score good marks in the a force said examination.

            It organizes seminars, workshops and conferences periodically in addition to field trip to Archaeological Excavated sites and heritage centres.
