LIBRARY RULES
The library is an island of knowledge that develops the power of the mind. Therefore the college encourages maximum use of the library which is kept open from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm from Monday to Saturday.
Open access is provided to the students.
Students can borrow books for 15 days.
Books should be returned on the due date stamped on the date sheet of the book, failing which a fine of Rs.1/- per day shall be collected.
The Borrower should bring the books and return them to the library and sub-lending of books or library tokens is forbidden.
Absolute silence should be maintained in the library.
Combined study, discussion, and consultations are strictly prohibited in the library.
No student shall lend his/her borrower’s tickets to another student.
All the final year students should surrender their tickets at the end of the academic year.
A photocopying facility is available in the library.
A student who discontinues his/her studies in the course of the year should surrender the tickets immediately.
Our College library is Computerized so as to facilitate all operations such as cataloging based on author, Title, Subject, and Publisher. The library has a large collection of books, journals, and periodicals from diverse fields, and numerous reference materials are also added to the already existing collections in the Library
